She is a naturally born healer and empath born and raised in the UK, she was introduced to Reiki ten years ago which led her to become a Reiki Master.

It was due to divine intervention that protected Hellen from a life Threatening situation that linked her to the Angelic Realm and her love Inspired her to be come a Qualified Angel Therapist.

This also led Hellen to establish Angelight Mind Body & Spirit Store & Healing Haven, in Limassol. She has refined her skills over many years through the combined methods of regular meditation, self-development techniques and attending mind, body, spirit and soul related courses. Hellen's focus this year is on her spiritual work as a Teacher.
